SO I recently starting hanging out with this guy I met through a mutual friend. He's really cool and I think we get along pretty well. On my part I like spending time with him. There's one thing though...one of his close friends which happens to be a girl seems jealous or something about him dating. I'm not worried that his best friend is a girl but she did something kind of funky. One day I was over at his place and she comes over. and out of nowhere she starts a argument with him about me in front of my face. i felt so uncomfortable but thats his friend so I can't say anything. So I left for obvious reasons and I asked him about it the next day. He said that she's been sabotaging his relationships like that before. And I'm thinking why? He said that she thinks they won't be best friends anymore if he starts dating someone. Which is an understandable worry, but i dont think it constitutes sabotaging your best friends relationships or happiness. this seems strange to me so i told him Hey maybe she wants to be with you, since thats the first thing that comes to mind. But he says no that shes just feeling lonely because she just split up with a long term boyfriend. So i'm not sure what to do or think. I like him and enjoy being with him but the fact that his friend is going to be around potentially sabotaging everything doesnt sound good to me. It makes me want to leave the whole thing alone and move on maybe tell him to just be friends?
