I'm in a messed up situation right now and I'm desperate for answers so if you can help me out, I would really appreciate it.okay here's some background information:

Background Information: we've known eachother since September of last year, we've had classes together last semester and we have 2 classes together this semester. He's a class clown type of person...he's hardly serious about anything except for when he needs to be, he's always talking to me, making me laugh, complimented me on my clothing, touched my thigh when we were playing around, always finds an excuse to touch me, he asked me to lotion his hands, we held hands for atleast 10 secs, whenever I talk to this guy in my class, he's always saying that I found a new best friend, he teases me, we've talked about personal issues and whenever I walk pass him, I look back to find him staring at me.

I decided I was going to tell my crush how I feel. I went up to him and said “Hi, can we go somewhere?” Then he said “No.” After that, I told him that I needed to talk to him and he started to smile and asked “What about?” With poor timing, this guy interrupted us, so I didn’t get to tell him. After that, I spoke with my friend about it; she said that I should go tell him. I was scared and she could see the way I felt. She went up to him and told him that I wanted to talk to him. He responded “I’m coming soon.” To my dismay, he never came, and the only exchange between us from that day on has been silence. so a week went by without exchanging a single word with him. today, I wanted to break the ice between us so I asked him "why have you stopped talking to me ever since that day I said I wanted to talk to you? and he couldn't give me a straight answer,he said: "you weren't saying anything to me" "I don't know, I just never said anything" then he asked me what my opinion was on why he had stopped talking to me and I told him "I don't know" so things were cleared up but then when we went to business class together, he still never said anything to me. I forgot to add that he's also close with this other girl in our class, their always talking but their relationship is different, he doesn't tease her or play around with her, they just talk a lot. but today he said something that bothered me. The girl never came to class and someone was knocking on the door and he said: who is that? is that Sarah? then the person beside him said no then he said: well if it's not Sarah, I'm not going to answer the door." I'm so sorry that this is long but I just wanted to give as much details as possible.
